"Each man is both man and woman and each woman is both woman and man at the same time" Osho

We are living in a period where the roles of masculine and feminine are redefined but the education we receive in this direction most of the times scarce or maladapted to this time which leads to more confusion.

The traditional couple model comes from the time when men and women had predetermined roles and in society people were putting an accent on the differentiation of what a man/woman does, or is but in modern life, duties are not clearly outlined and are negotiated at the level of partnership often after disputes between woman and man.

We are contaminated by traditional models inherited from families and the social rules from our place of origin but also we feel  the need to adapt these models to contemporary living conditions and requirements which makes modern couples life complicated and, for many, difficult to understand that is why the number of divorces or separations have increased al over the world.

Another reason for the distancing of 2 persons in a couple is the sexual life, again a subject which we tend to go by with eyes shut but a major reason for the life length and quality of a relationship.

In the beginning of a relationship the fire still burns and the union between feminine and masculine is embraced from both sides but when the fire calms down things tend to change and that is why it is important for us to know ourselves better, to feel where does the urge or need to be with someone come from.

In this approach, either you are single and have questions about your own sexuality or a couple struggling with any aspect of your life together with another person, we will go through a process of self discovery in the 3 bodies:

  • the physical body - accepting and loving your own body

  • the mental body - liberating and accepting your phantasies

  • the energetic body - understanding how sexual energy is formed and how you can work with it and how to use it as healing energy
